Summer Word Art

Hi everyone, Mou here with a summer-y word art tutorial using Faber-Castell PITT artist pens. I  am listing the colors of pen I used below. Feel free to choose pen colors that you love most.

Materials:

Faber-Castell Graphite pencil Grip 2001 with eraser HB

Faber-Castell PITT Artist pens -

Black 199 - Soft Brush Tip - SB, Superfine - S

Green Gold 268 - Brush tip - B

Raw Umber 180 - B

Orange Glaze 113 - B

Middle Purple Pink 125 - B

Phthalo Green 161 - B

Ultramarine 120 - B

Permanent Olive Green 167 - B

Dark Phthalo Green 264 - B

Watercolor paper, 140 lb. cold press, 6 x 9 inches

Choose a quote you like and write it lightly with pencil on watercolor paper.

You can choose to make your word art monochromatic or colorful. I chose vibrant colors that suited my words best.

Use a Black Soft Brush PITT pen to trace the pencil lettering. Erase pencil lines.

Doodle images around your words and use colors that fit the theme.
