Happy spring!
It's time break out the pastel colors! Let's blend together our pastel Pitt brush pen pack, and some mixed media paper.
Pitt Pens from the Pastel back in colors:
Light Yellow Glaze
Light Phthalo Green
Ice Blue
Lilac
Pink Madder Lake
Cold Grey I
Start by using the grey Pitt pen to write out the base of your words.
Now start with the yellow and green together. Since these pens can be layered, and since they aren't water based, you'll want to make sure you blend while the ink is still wet, so doing one letter at a time is a good idea. If you wait too long and it dries, just color lightly on top again, and blend quickly. I like to start with the darker color, and then take the lighter one and gently bring the darker color to mix.
Continue this until all colors are blended.
Now take that grey pen again and add a shadow.
Sit back and admire your work!
