Hello Blogosphere! It's Tiffany here with a short picture tutorial for you! I adore the Sunglasses/Mustaches stencil from the Mixed Media Stencils 10ct 201 Collection, but was stumped as to how to incorporate it into my every day crafting! Then a lightbulb went off in my head & I remembered seeing a cool watercolor print on Pinterest featuring simply drawn sunglasses that were watercolored!
First, I started experimenting with the various frame options on watercolor paper. Then I doodled the details with a PITT Artist Pen (black, M). Mixing our mediums is one of my favorite things to do, so next I added color with my Gelatos® and details with my Art GRIP® Aquarelle Watercolor Pencils. The only thing left to do was to frame it or add it to a card! You could even use it for a pocket scrapbooking page!
I absolutely love the results & hope this encourages you to use the Mixed Media Stencils with the PITT Artist Pens to create custom art!
