Hi! Irit here with a new colorful project using my favorites, the beautiful Gelatos®.
I started by adding some washi tape to my patterned paper and priming the paper with gesso. I then picked a rainbow of colors, beautiful happy colors!
I just love how the colors blend and create more beautiful colors! There's a full list of everything I used at the end of the tutorial, or you can also see the colors in the photos-
I used my finger, a wet baby wipe and a little bit of water to blend the Gelatos® and I let it dry. Next step was to use a hearts stencil and a wet baby wipe and remove some of the color. Love this look.
I love how the pattern and washi tape show through.
And I did all this so I could punch lots of pretty clouds to create my layout. You can use any shape, punch or die, or hand cut. And look at these beauties-
Creating my layout was now very simple, with the clouds being the background and embellishments. Here's my finished layout-
And some close-ups on the details-
Here's a process video that shows step by step how to create this layout-
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and feel inspired to play with color and Gelatos®!

I adore this Mixed Media layout! This is a great way to incorporate MM into "regular" scrapbooking.
