Hi,everyone! I'm Mieko Sejima. This is my first post as a 2015 Guest Design Team Member. I'm so honored to be chosen as a new Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft® Guset Design Team and so excited to be able to share some of my creativity with you here.
Today I have created Mason Jar decor using Gelatos® Colors, NEW Texture Luxe and Paper Crafter's Crayons.
First, I created a message ornament using Gelatos® and Paper Crafter Crayons. I wrote messages on white card stock with a white crayon from the neutral collection and applied Guava, Bubbie Gum and Red cherry from the Red collection directly on the papers.
I added a bit of water and spread colors using a brush. The crayon area resisted Gelatos®. I dried it with a heat tool.
I applied Red Cherry Gelatos® directly to my stamp from the red collection and stamped them.
I attached a transparent thread and made the ornament.
I attached the heart stencil mask to the mason jar. I blended Gelatos® with Texture Luxe. Gelatos® blend easily with Texture Luxe. To create texture I used the palette knife and tapped it over Texture Luxe.
I removed the stencil mask and dried it.
I displayed my cute cat photo! I hope you like my creations.
