Hi everyone, Mou here with today's post. I did an art journal page using patterned papers and stamps from Gina K. Designs and of course various products from Faber-Castell Design Memory Crafts.
Gina K. Designs Stamp: Face To The Sun
Gina K. Designs 6" x 6" patterned papers: Parisian Garden
Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft Gelatos: Blueberry, Cotton Candy, Lemon, Mango, Lavender, Bubble Gum, Pistachio
Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft Stamper's Big Brush pens: Black, Dark Chrome Yellow, Scarlet Red, Cobal Green, Permanent Green Olive
Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft Essential PITT Artist pens: Black
Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft Textural Accents: Gesso, Gel Medium, Glaze
Others: chipboard album, washi tape, book text, paint brush
I created the background by adhering several small pieces of patterned papers and book text with Gel Medium. Then I whitewashed with Gesso and colored the background with Gelatos, blending with Glaze. Here are some close-up shots of the page.
I inked up the stamp sparingly with the black Stamper's Big Brush pen. When the ink dried on the stamped image, I colored in with Scarlet Red Stamper's Big Brush pen.
I stamped the saying between the layers.
Here I stamped the vine with Gesso. I stamped the other vines with different colors of Stamper's Big Brush pens. I added the details with a Black PITT Artist pen.
Hope you enjoyed today's post and would try out these products in your own crafting.
