Design Memory Craft Birthday Card

Hello everyone! Patty here.   I would like to share with you a Birthday Card I made using  digital image and Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft. We only have a hard time looking for the perfect Bday card for a relative and so today I will show you a lovely and very easy Birthday card I made using Mixed Media Aquarelles, Gelatos and more which you could duplicate anytime.

I gathered my supplies:  Art grip Aquarelles, water, digital images, PITT artist Pen big brush: Black and Red, digital image, stamps and scissors.

I first colored the digital image using Art Grip Aquarelles, add all the color shadow and light trying to blend them together.

Finish bleeding the colors with water… can you noticed the brightness in the hue of the colors? I love this process is like colors comes alive! Try not to over watered the paper or the image will get all soaked.

Next I took Metallic Gelatos Tropical colors and add a bit of color to the image… it gives the image that shimmering feeling and there are so easy to use! I just use my brush… and you should have something like this…

I used Red PITT artist pen Big brush to add some depth to the inside leaves of the images and with purple Gelato painted the middle.

When I finished the coloring process of the digital images I add some swirl and dots in the front of the card before adhering the painted digital. I used Black PITT artist pen M point.

Add the finished image to the card front and embellish as desire, for mine I used some mini adhesive pearl, stamped the sentiment on black ink and add a purpple bow to contrast with the middle of the flower. You will have something like this!
