Hey there bloggers Rita Barakat here with an altered canvas today!
Today I am working with the new PITT® Artist Pens from the Subtle Tones collection.
Using shades of grey I also pulled PITT® Artist Pens from the Nuetrals collection. Stampers big brush #232 Cold Grey III *also from the new Subtle tones collection & #273 from the Nuetral collection.
I used a stencil and drew with my PITT® Artist Pens, sometimes I overlapped the first markings."
When all was in place I grabbed my Earl Grey and Black Gelato® from the Nuetral collection. Instead of drawing on my paper I used a wet paint brush and took the color directly from the Gelatos ® so I could control the intensity and shading of my piece.
I used the same techniques with reds for the wings. (Red Cherry Gelato ®, PITT® Artist Pens, the Red collection.)
I used the Stampers Big Brush Pens to color my background. ( The paper- Pink Paislee, is already embossed.) Add a little glitter and assemble!
