How to use a Deluxe Waterbrush

Watercolor Floral Design with Laura Bray

Hello Crafty Ladies!

Laura Bray here with some technical tips for getting great results with a Deluxe Waterbrush and Art GRIP®Aquarelle Watercolor Pencils today.

First off, let's talk about how to load that pretty waterbrush!

So once your brush is loaded, let's see some ways you can use the Art GRIP®Aquarelle Watercolor Pencils to create a pretty floral design.

And now watch me work as I create a floral design.

Did you see how I used the Gelatos®Color of the Week, Chocolate, to create some nice shading in the piece. Fun, right?

I love to make floral patterns and I have dozens and dozens of them in my drawers here. So what's a girl supposed to do with all those pretty patterns? How about punching shapes out of the paper and making yourself a little mini-banner for your home or studio? I even used a little of Chocolate Gelatos® to darken the edges and give the banner an aged look.
