So Cute, Clothespin, Angel Ornaments

Angel Ornaments

Hi Loves. Tiare here.  I've got a serious love thang for angels.  This quick, cute idea makes my heart pitter-patter and is a great, crafty project to do alone, with friends or with the kids.

So grab this week's color Gelatos® Silver Ice and let's make some last minute, angel ornaments.   Here's how...

Angels Ornaments 1

String a large round bead onto twine and tie a knot at the top and bottom of the bead, to hold bead into place.  Be sure to leave a loop at the top and a little twine hanging at the bottom.   Add a drop of adhesive in the opening of the clothespin.  Place the bottom of twine inside, let clothespin close onto twine.  Set aside to dry.

Paint clothespins using Texture Luxe™ Gold.

Once dried,  cut a few pieces of burlap for the wings. Tie at center to create the look of wings. Adhere to back of clothespin. Use Gelatos® Iced Chai to add interest to wings.  Add a bit of shine by scribbling on wings using Texture Gems™ Gold and add a bit of sparkle by adding some Glass Bead Glitter Gel to  bottom half of clothespin.

Finish it off by coloring on some Gelatos® Silver Ice onto a piece of paper, punch out star shapes and adhere to your angel.

Here's a little close up so you can see some of the sparkle!

Tada!
