Take the Challenge with Mou, September 2014

Hi everyone, Mou here and welcome to the ninth Take The Challenge of 2014!
If you are new to this blog, let me fill you in about Take the Challenge. Every month, on the first Monday, I'll post a challenge and my take on it. You'll have 12 days to take this on. Leave a comment to the challenge post with a link to your creation based on that challenge. We will pick TWO winners from among the readers who participated in that month's challenge. And the winners will get a prize from Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft®.
Once school is back in session, life gets really busy around here because of the school routine and various extracurricular activities. So, crafting time is premium. That's where this month's creative challenge comes in. In the past, I have done product challenges, theme challenges, inspiration challenges, etc. -- this month, my challenge for you is a time challenge. Create any project in 30 minutes or less.
Here's my take:
In my project, I used -

Here are close-ups:
Instead of doing a photo tutorial, I did a video this month to show you the techniques. I hope you enjoy!
Don't forget to share your challenge creations with us... just leave a comment to the challenge post with link to your project image(s) by Friday, 9/12 and we will pick TWO winners randomly to win these.
The prizes for this challenge are: One tub of Gel medium each.
Don't forget to check back on Monday, 9/15 to see if YOU won!
Good luck to all!

Thanks for another great challenge Mou! I loved creating without reservation or hesitation due to the time restraint--I think I might do this more often with the time limit, it allows for some really cool things to happen! Here is my entry: http://linseyrickett.blogspot.com/2014/09/be-change-mixed-media-canvas.html

This was wonderful challenge, Mou. Usually I don't keep time limit for my creativity, sometimes I finish in an hour or sometimes half done project laying on my table for a week. Yes, but I do like to stick to my commitment for DT projects. :)
I finished my project for this challenge in 25 mins. Kept it simple, even though I tempted to add 'some more'. It was inspiration from your video here.
