An ocean tag with Mou

Hi everyone, Mou here with today's pictorial of an ocean tag!

To make this tag, I used:

Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft Gesso

Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft Whipped Spackle

Others: tag, paint brush, stamps, acrylic block, twine
Now, let me walk you through the steps

Brush on gesso to the tag.

Ink up shell stamps with Stamper's Big Brush pen to cover only the areas you want to stamp.

Color the stamped shells with Aquarelle watercolor pencils. Blend colors with wet brush.

Color the background with Gelatos colors and blend with wet brush.

Apply Whipped Spackle through stencil on the tag with palette knife. Add a 3D sticker to embellish the tag.

Tie twine to the tag to finish.

Hope you enjoyed today's tutorial and would make your own ocean tag.

It's so beautiful! I love the colors you used, Mou. It's a gift all by itself. Your tag would love great framed. Thank you for sharing it.

BEAUTIFUL tag Mou!!!
LOVE it ALL, especially your Whipped Spackle bubbles :)

That is so lovely Mou! I will have to try this technique next time I'm doing something ocean/beach/fish themed! Superb! Thanks for the great inspiration and for sharing your wonderful tag!

A very lovely tag Mou. I'm really into anything to do with the ocean or just water in general right now. Thanks for sharing with us how you made this.
