Video Tutorial: Watercolor Striped Card

'Flowers' a canvas...

Final pic wm

Hello everyone!  Krista here again showing you another fun project you can do using some Gelatos®, Stampers Big Brush Pens and Textural Accents.  I've got a little video-slideshow-tutorial on how I created this 6" x 12" canvas.

This canvas was super fun (and fast) to make.  I used lots of Gelatos® and Stampers Big Brush Pens.  If you've never tried Gelatos® before you MUST!  They are my fav, my go to, my can't live  They blend effortlessly with or without water, are compact, highly pigmented acid free color sticks that glide on creamy smooth (just like butter) for maximum color and coverage.  And the Brush Pens always finish things off beautifully.  These pens are all lightfast India Ink and have a durable brush nib for a multitude of uses!  I would be lost without them!  :)

Anyway, hoping this project brightens your day and puts a little glimmer of hope that spring is just around the corner!

Enjoy your day! ~Krista van Tol

Supplies Used:

Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft, Gelatos®:  SnowCone, Raspberry, Margarita Mix, Lime, Metallic Mint, Peach, Watermelon, Red Cherry, Metallic Melon, Lemon, Tangerine, Mango.  Faber-Castell Artist Pen Black#199, Stampers Big Brush Pens:  May Green #170, Light Cobalt Turquoise #154.  Textural Accents:  Gesso, Gel Medium.

How bright and fun! LOVE the bright colors and even though it is a "fun" piece it is still absolutely stunning!! This would look marvelous hanging in my hall way for all to see! I will definitely be giving this a try! TFS!
