Joy To The World

JoyToTheWorld

Hello, it's Stephanie here and today I have a holiday card to share that features the Stamper's Big Brush Markers.

I love experimenting with all the great products from Faber-Castell Design Memory and sometimes forget how great the big brush markers are to simply colour stamped images. The ink colours are so vibrant and can be blended together to bring images to life! I used them to colour in the images on the card I'm sharing today.

You can create this card by following the step by step instructions below. And lot's of different stamp sets will work if you don't have the one I used.

JoyToTheWorld1

Stamp all the images you want to colour on Neenah Solar White cardstock with black ink.

JoyToTheWorld2

Choose the colours you want to colour with and colour in the images. I like to use two of the same colour in different shades so I can do a little bit of blending to add shadows and give the image dimension.

JoyToTheWorld3

Once you're done all of the colouring, cut out all the images with scissors. I like to take a black brush marker and go around the edges of the images once they're cut out to clean up the edges and cover up the white core of the paper.

To finish off the card, cut out an oval area in the card front and adhere all the stamped pieces to the center. Complete the card with a sentiment stamp.

I love the look that these markers give a card. So bright and colourful and perfect for all of the great images available for the holiday season. ;)
