Painting with Paper Crafter Crayons™

LotusFlower

Hi everyone! Lisa here with you this beautiful Monday and I have a really cool card and tutorial to share with you today. I had some fun playing around with my Paper Crafter Crayons™ and I thought I'd share with you what I made with them in a video!

First up here's the card that I created for you today.  The entire background is using Paper Crafter Crayons™ and an iron. Yep! Crazy, right? But, it's so easy and a lot of fun. I used Gesso and Gelatos® (in Metallic Violet, Coconut, and Pistachio) to color in the Lotus flower.

Now, grab a cup of your beverage of choice and enjoy my litle video. :)

This was such a fun card to create!I hope that you will all give it a try, too.

Wishing you all a wonderful week. :)

Love,

Lisa Si

All supplies listed at the end of the video.  Yay!

Mixed Media Journal and Tag!!

Hello!!
Hope your Weekend is off to an AMAZING Start!! =)

WOW~seems like yesterday I got the AMAZING News that I was chosen to be a Guest Designer for the Design Memory Craft Blog!! I felt so honored and I can't believe this is my last post as a Guest Designer!!

I had so many ideas on projects to make, but decided to share some of my tricks and techniques for working in my Mixed Media Journal!! I like to take it with me when I travel and I have all of my Faber-Castell Products stored in containers that make it easy to bring them with me!! I have made a video to share some of my tricks and techniques!! I hope you enjoy!!

Here are some pictures of my Pages and Tag!!

I share how to use your Stamper's Big Brush Pens to add shading and then use the Artist Pitt Pens to trace and outline the images!! I use Gesso and Gel Medium to cover and seal my pages both before and after adding any images to my Journal!! This makes it easier to fix any mistakes I may make along the way!! =)
