Hello Everyone!!
Isha here, sharing my 3rd. post as Guest Designer at Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft®. Since it's summer vacation in two weeks, I decided to create actual post cards to send to friends. The scenes are inspired by the nature in Switzerland. Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft® products along with the wonderful Art Impression Stamps (watercolor line) and the Hero Arts post card stamp made a perfect combination for my project.

I used the water color technique. The color code system by Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft® makes it easy to pick the right colors using various products.
I created three post cards. On the front side, I created the water color scene using Art Impression stamps, and if you flip it, you'll see the stamped post card image by Hero Arts.

Here's how I created these.

Post card #1

First I stamped the houses and using the aquarelle pencils I roughly marked the layout.

Mask the houses and start with the greenery. Stamp the grass and immediately run over it with a wet brush. (Tip: If you wait too long, the ink will dry and you won't be able to blend it anymore - do it in small patches.)

Stamp the foliage and flowers, blend with wet brush

Now, create the lake with aquarelle pencils and highlight using the white Stamper’s Big Brush Pen.

Create the clouds using Gelatos® and stamp some more flowers.

Post card #2

Stamp the house and color. Then sketch the layout using aquarelle pencil as above. Mask a few areas for the flowers using masking fluid.

Create foliage and the Alps.

Stamp the clouds and flowers.

Post card #3

Stamp the image and tree leaves. Blend the leaves using a wet brush.

Create sky and ground using aquarelle pencils. Create the foliage in the background.

Create the florals and grass.

Color the girl.

Here's how the post cards look. It's also great to gift someone as a set.
