Upcycled cake box using Faber Castell Gelatos® Colors

Hello there! It’s Yvonne here to share my upcycled box using the fabulous Faber Castell Gelatos (r) Colors. The beautiful sheen of Gelato (r) Colors really help to create a fabulous shimmery background.

I started by scrunching some wrapping tissue and adhering it to the box. Then I covered it with gesso and applied Gelatos(r) Colors in blue and green.  I misted the background with some water, then used a paint brush to spread the colors.

Then I just went crazy with the embellishments to create my cluster. I think I might just create a coordinating album to put inside the box. What do you think?
