Behind the Scenes at CHA
So what is CHA? Those of you who have been around in the crafting world are probably familiar with these three magical letters, but for our new readers, here’s a quick description: CHA is bi-annual tradeshow in the crafting industry. The winter show is the bigger of the two, and is THE place to be for the latest and greatest.
For buyers it’s an opportunity to scour the show for the hottest new products, and for us manufacturers, it’s an opportunity to bring our best bling.
Despite our months of planning, the crates hit some delays so we weren't able to set up our booth until late Friday afternoon (in contrast, most of the other booths were already up by Thursday).
Now to the fun part! Here's what we launched at this show...
NEW Gelatos ® colors!! We're excited to launch our first 'Designer Series'; the Tropical and 50's Diner collection. Dedicated to the newest, hottest color trends, these color collections were also selected as one of CHA's Hot 20 products.
Tropical colors (from left to right): Snow Cone, Margarita Mix, Raspberry, and Watermelon
50's Diner colors (from left to right): Aqua Dolce, Squid Ink, Banana, and Blood Orange
Also chosen as another CHA Hot 20 product, The Gelatos® Mist Maker and Gelatos® Tool Set feature easy-to-use tool kits that provide crafters with an arsenal of tools designed to create unique, one-of-a-kind effects.
You've asked for it, we've created it. A larger version of our popular Textural Accents is now available! The 100ml Textural Accents tubs consists of Gesso, Gel Medium and Glaze.

Oh no more stuff to buy sigh... Love love love my gelatos I have the big set So pretty and fun to play with. Now there are new colours I have to have! haha lol
